The apartment must be located within the City of Buenos Aires. Mainly in the neighborhoods we publish (Palermo, Recoleta, Centro, San Telmo, Belgrano, Las Cañitas, Puerto Madero, Abasto, Almagro, Caballito, Colegiales and Congreso, among others.)

It must be in optimal condition to be inhabited as a home by guests.

The apartment must be fully furnished and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, linens (sheets and towels), cable TV, Internet service, air conditioning, and some heating system. Phone is optional (fixed-rate control line is recommended).

The apartment must have a general cleaning service and a linens replacement service once a week.
